Goblin model appearances changing

Description of Bug Experienced:
Sometimes, to others (but not to the player), the default goblin model with the blue hat will look like the new goblin models. It has also happened to me once, which was fixed by polymorphing. There doesn't seem to be any trigger for the change in appearance, and it appears to be very temporary.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Be a base goblin.

Expected Result:
Exist as the base goblin model.

Actual Result:
Randomly have the character model appear as the new goblins for some people, and not for others, and maybe sometimes the player.

Earlier, Dib appeared as the normal NWN default model for everyone. The changes appears to be very temporary.

So, this has also happened to my view, Dib as a cold moon goblin. I think either on area or server transition. It also happened when depolymorphing. I do not have any overrides.

Raktus' player only has the portrait pack.

This is still randomly happening. Best I can tell it is triggered by the model loading - either from area transition or de-polymorphing.
