I'm not sure if this was a bug or intended. Given Bat is gone we probably aren't going to have a clear answer.
I am not thrilled at the lack of a dart board, though, won't lie.

considering there's one on the wall above the barrel(sorry i did a TERRRRRIBLE job highlighting it), i'd guess an oversight
