All prepared uses of spells drop to 0 when transitioning servers

Description of Bug Experienced:
I rested in brog... I had all my spell uses restored. I teleported to shadow cordor, and all uses of my spells dropped to 0 and my saved spellbooks are blank.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Rest, switch servers. This MAY just be related to going between surface and cities/planes.

Expected Result:
Should be able to transfer servers without losing spells!

Actual Result:
All spell uses drop to 0

Sorry for the inconvenience, everyone. I may have tested my recent spellbook restore fix with the intended classes, but failed to do so with other casters. A fix will be live in about 10 minutes from now; it should prevent this issue going forward.
