I've been attempting to mine the sussur branch at the deep glen and haven't gotten any ancient yew or lady's tear from it. I just damage it until it breaks. Then it's gone and my logs show no resources and nothing in my inventory. I've tested on this resource twice now so far.
Its a fallen branch. You just open it.
I did try clicking on it to open it, but nothing happened. Maybe it's rotated incorrectly and I wasn't able to get to it? It is right up against an invisible wall.
I'll take a look later today.
Though it did remind of the time I was trying to get clay by bashing it, until a member off staff kindly pointed out my error.
xD I remember trying to click on it the first time, then just assuming it was a bashable thing after. The second time I don't remember trying to click on it first and just went straight to the bash bash. Just waiting on reset #3 to test it one more time if I can actually click on it or not, as I kinda broke it already lol.
Went back today after reset. Yeah, it appears to be inaccessible. I just move to the east side of it and the western/northern edge is against a wall.
Another Sussur Branch that's inaccessible. This one in the Fungal Bloom area.
The other one in that same area I was able to get into, but I did have to wiggle between it and the wall.
I fixed it, but you still need to wiggle around a bit, although not as bad! I'll see if there's a way to adjust the model.
