Description of Bug Experienced:
The Panache! feat incorrectly requires that the player has the armor / shield requirements of Grace/Insightful Strike and other Swashbuckler feats. The CHA modifier is not added to social skills as expected when wearing Medium, Heavy Armor, Large Shield or Tower Shield. The Panache! feat does not state that the CHA modifier bonuses are only applied if the player has light armor and/or a small shield.
As mentioned, the following rules are required for Grace/Insightful Strike, etc.
"Lose this bonus when wearing medium or heavy armor or when using a large shield or tower shield.
Exception: A Swashbuckler wearing Elven Chainmail retains this bonus."
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Obtain Panache! feat.
- Equip light armor and/or small shield.
- Verify CHA mod is applied to social skills (Intimidate, etc).
- Equip Large Shield, Tower Shield whilst weaing light armor.
- Verify CHA mod is removed from social skills.
- Repeat for Medium/Heavy armor types.
Expected Result:
CHA / INT mod is applied to social skills regardless of the armor or shield worn by the user. Panache is a passive feat that is representative of the players social presence, it should not be dependent on physical armor or equipment limitations.
Actual Result:
CHA / INT mod is not applied if the user is not adhering to the rule of other "active" Swashbuckler feats.
