Description of Bug Experienced:
When leveling a harbringer with sufficient Charisma to unlock 4th circle spells, the spell circle progression does not unlock at level 7 (2nd Circle), level 10 (3rd Circle) and level 13, instead only becomes available at level 8, 11 and 14.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Ensure 14 or more CHA on Harbringer.
- Level to 7, verify no 2nd Circle spells are unlocked.
- Level to 10, verify no 3rd Cricle spells are unlocked.
- Level to 13, verify no 3rd Cricle spells are unlocked.
Expected Result:
Circle 2 should be available at level 7, Circle 3 should be available at level 10, Circle 4 should be available at 13.
Actual Result:
Spell circles are not unlocked at their intended levels.
