Talk to the npc "Zhentilar Cure Distributor" in the area "Guldorand (City Port) Guildhouse"

Expected result
The dialogue not appearing.

Actual result
The dialogue appears.

This is a temporary NPC placed down on the area by a DM. There is not much we can do to fix it and they will be gone when the plot comes to an end.
