Description; Roushoum will randomly translate without any need of the brackets, asterisks or any format one might typically utilise to change from a used language to displaying common.

As well as that, Roushoum can sometimes be understood by characters who do not have access to the language.

Steps to reproduce; Speak in Roushoum for long enough and it'll retrigger the automatic translation into common.

Which servers; been repeated on C&P and Surface, have yet had a character be able to test it upon the other servers.

Not a bug.
Roushoum is the only non-learnable language that may be lore-decyphered.
