Barbarian Rage
Just had a strange moment where my Barbarian rage didn't give me any bonuses at all. It simply used up the charge without giving any sort of message feedback, on the Surface server. It was working perfectly fine a few minutes before.

Likely was still in cooldown.

Strange, didn't have this before! Usually it would tell me that I'm "too exhausted" and refund the charge!

It usually says that, yes. But other times it doesn't, I still haven't figured when each happens.
