Can't Equip Staffs?
Roi is a halfing druid. She get the message that the item is too large to equip. I have seen other halfings walking around with staffs. Am I just glitched?

Magic staffs and quarterstaffs aren't the same. While the former is use-able as a two handed weapon for small races, the latter can't be equipped by them at all.
