Cannot Pray

Cannot Pray
So sometime yesterday I suddenly lost the ability to pray. I engage the alter, it gives me the menu, I select pray and nothing happens. This was tested with several alters. Needless to say this poses quite a problem for my character.

This usually fixes itself after next reset.
As far as I know, there's no other fix for it.
The reason is usually ending the script conversation before it has time to end itself, making it forever think you're in said conversation.
This can happen either by ...
... running to an altar, then running off from it.
... crashing when praying.
... logging out when praying.
... dying when praying.
