Another UD Colosseum Bug

Post by High Primate » Wed Oct 15, 2014 3:33 am

Unless it's intentional, people don't fall down once their HP is depleted.
Some builds I've worked on (not recommended):
Charisma Battlecleric
"E-Dodge Brycer"

Can confirm, combat has no conclusion like the Cordor arena.

It's not a bug. It's an aura of manliness. Die standing up. With a mustache.

I believe this is a temporary bug that will be alleviated once we have Mithreas approve a change to a major script. The UD Team wanted a change to our common death script to accommodate respawns in this arena, I told them to use the "no death" flag instead in the meantime until Mith can verify the change. Since he's out and about having fun, it might be just a bit until the arena can function as intended. It sounds like its not working because it's on the fence using two differing death systems.

Whilst we're on the subject, the same tihng happens in Sibiyad arena. So, when/if it gets changed, I suggest sorting out both at the same time.

Well granted, I've not used the Sibiyad Collusuemn for a while so I may be wrong but... I think it used to be that way? Please. Someone save me by correcting or confirming!

I've adjusted the Colosseum so it now as works as a standard Arelith arena.

Eventually there will be a different system in place there, though for now it's good for holding contests.

From everything I can see, the Sibayad Colosseum should be working just fine, Yma. Please bump this if for some reason it's not.
