Cannot submit new entries as a user: "Unable to update database"

Cannot submit new entries as a moderator: "Unable to update database"

Cannot edit entries as a moderator: "Unable to update mod info."

Cannot delete entries as a moderator: "Unable to remove item from database."

Cannot delete submitted changes/entries as a moderator: "Unable to delete entry." (This is not a blank white page, either. Strangely, we are able to accept new submissions, not that anyone can make/edit them.)

We received LOTS of bot spam even before the original issue on the forums with bot registration. At one point, we had something in the realm of tens of thousands of spam submissions that Fireboar needed to just wipe out in one sweep.
