Fishing Overhaul

With so many fishing places, fishing could be made more useful with more dangerous places having better fishes. Also give the things you can fish more use, let's look at them:

Fish(can't be sold to settlements without being cooked as a travel provision and you need 10 of them).
Flatfish(makes a fox's cunning one time use fish when cooked, which is pretty useless).
Lunker(super rare fish that minimal worth to sell to a settlement).

And then misc things like copper amulets(which are worth more than all of the above), blank rings, stinky boots and Fish King Ring.
