Turn Vlos'Khaliiz Bolts into a Specific Template

95 Craft Points for a stack of 99 bolts seem a bit much.
The magical properties do not really justify this investment, especially if compared to almost any bolt created using Stable or Unstable Assembly Templates.

Turning the Bolts into a (possibly irreparable) Template with five charges would ensure there's a reason to craft them nowadays.
