The FOIG Old Stonehold Devil

There's a friendly Devil NPC in Old Stonehold that provides a certain service. Could he be moved elsewhere, maybe to one of the rooms in the upper floor? He could do with a nice office. The reasoning for this is that currently he stands in the middle of the dungeon area that people use to travel to and from the Stonehold portal. Think of the poor Paladins who have to come up with far-fetched explanations about why they can't smite that (friendly NPC) Devil when they pass by.
