Loremaster 10 craft language books
Loremasters with 10 levels speak at least 6 languages and are able to teach people those languages twice as fast as anyone else. It makes sense that they should be able to spend some time and write a language book for others to use in learning those languages. Perhaps it would cost some XP just like a scroll or wand to make.
