Toggle on/off sneak/death attack

This mainly applies to rogues, assassins and blackguards

Sneak attack is one of those feats that allows you to do extra damage which can be pretty nice if you want to boost your DPR. RP wise it could probably be observed by your peers/partymembers as your character stabbing where it hurts, cheapshot, suckerpunches etc. But this is the base mechanic where it is always assumes that your character -always- fights like this.

I have often played a rogue either as a scout, a locksmith/trapper, spy, infiltrator or some other approach. And in these aspects it might not be in the best interest for the rogue to show these kinds of tricks.
Not to mention that it shows in combat log which unfortunately still can invoke some level of powerplay/metagame.
