Move Raw Gems to Gem Pouches

With how finnicky mining bags are (which is what raw gems go into), it would be nice to pull all gem-related items into the gem pouch for convenience and to avoid having a silly amount of mining bags to compensate.

However, if and when raw gems are auto-looted, avoid forcing them into a gem pouch. It will allow art crafters to have separate gem pouches for each if desired.

Mining bags sometimes seem to be limited by both an arbitrary weight amount and the amount of items in it. Given it's been a persistent bug with mining bags, I feel this might be an easier solution, nice QoL for art crafters, and mild bump to the player-run economy with the desire for 2 gem pouches.
