Rework Druid Totems that Offer Soft Bonuses

With the change to Transmutation Focuses every druid is able to reach +11 of the +12 soft cap without issue.

The animals Wolf, Panther and Bear offer relatively little in the way of bonuses by comparison to any of the other options which either Hard increase a mental stat or offer a substantial bonus to a skill such as Spot or Listen.

I would suggest dropping the +2/2, +4, and +4/4 from Wolf, Panther and Bear respectively and instead offer a large buff to a thematic skill or save or perhaps allow one to take the animal's shape and totem form but make the attribute bonus a Hard bonus so the caster form isnt as weak as a Rat or Eagle totem.
