I do not know if that is possible in nwn ee / haks.
The idea is around of a possibility to write a text, most likely describing an emote, that is constantly/frequently displayed by/above PC or in any other noticeable fashion without heading into the chat.
The purpose of it would be to be able to communicate what PC is doing/ how is acting without the need to retype it every now and then to bring that information to new PCs in the area.
