Appraisal Re-Rerolling for Max Sell Value

For characters with high high appraisal, and using gear to make it go even higher, is there a way to make it so they get maximum sell value with highest roll by default?

Because as it stands now, all the system encourages is having the appraiser take the gear off, talk to the NPC, and then put the gear back on over and over again until they get the highest possible roll, or beat out absurdly low rolls from appraise checks.

Or perhaps make it so that if someone has the ESF: Appraisal feat, they get an automatic max roll depending on what their appraisal is?
