Make Sylvan a runic language too!

I totally thought it was added with the new batch of runic languages for player created runes. Well, checking the announcement it seems it was not in the group. Needless to say, many fey are extremely close to magic and enchanting and I struggle to see why Sylvan cannot support runes like some of the other languages in that group.
