Sealed Letters
Add a new item akin to writing paper, but once it's written it is sealed, and if one reads it the seal is broken and is marked as such.

Ooh, like that idea. We can add seal ring items, that do this. Might do something extra like forgery options, where very skilled PCs can re-seal the document after reading it and the likes. Seal rings can have different DCs based on price or can be crafted only items. Put up a discussion for this to work more options out please.
