Blackguard suggestions

Blackguard's best used as a 3-4 lvl dip for cha-heavy classes while largely sub-par when combined with a more martially focused character. That's a shame since thematically being a wtfpwn champion of some evil god of ruin/decay/destruction and so on is an rp-staple and make for nice villians.

Pick and choose from this list of possible boosts to the class:

- Make every 2nd or 3rd (someone else can figure out the balance aspect if need be) BG lvl count towards class progression for barbarians and fighters so that barb 12/BG 8 would have the rage lvl of a lvl 16 barb and 20 fighter/10 bg would have the lvl 25 fighter bonus (this might be too much)

- Any weapon the BG equips gets an "on hit: poison" property with scaling DC

- Half of BG lvls count towards caster lvl (leaving melee buffing here, I know)

- Give BG access to "Evil Blight" and/or "Circle of Doom" starting at lvl ?? and with DC based on class lvl and con (like the "inflict wound" abilities. Give extra uses per lvl based on class lvls.

- Make "Smit Good" cool-down based for BGs or give additional uses per day based on class lvls. Same goes for the inflict wound feats: more uses per day.
