Courier Writ Quests no running part turned off
The running part gets turned off after re-logging. Afterwards, the -alwayswalk command isn't allowed to be used.
For you, the day Kenji overhauled your class was the most important day of your life.
But for me, it was Tuesday.

A fix for this is in the pipeline.

If you get encumbered, and then un-encumbered, you can also run again.
