Writ completion bug for Eamon.
On completion of writs no change was made to the tattoo rank. Unsure of cause. I am the second person to experience the issue that I know of.

The number of task completions needed to gain pirate rank has increased to account for the fact that there are a number of new pirate quests with the latest update.
Some more advanced quests only unlock after a minimum level has been achieved. If you've gotten to at least level 18 and there are no more tasks to complete and your rank still hasn't updated, send the Contributor group a PM with the details and we'll look into it.
