Possible Bug Regarding Shapeshifting/Stealth

I've found that shifting out of animal form/shifted form (playing a druid, not sure if it applied to other sorts of shifting) and immediately coming out of stealth afterwards had some awkward effects.

My character's model disappears, but her name is still present overhead. She gets locked in place and cannot move about. My HUD disappears.

-makesafe doesn't work to correct this and it happened about three times in one day. The only thing I could do to correct it was relog. I'm not sure if its a bug, related to lag, or a problem on my end. But I figured three times was enough to post something here.

Yeah noticed this myself too recently have to log out and back in to fix. Loosing your summons in the process a pain when your out in the field.
