PGCC: Can't take Shifter class.

PGCC: Can't take Shifter class.
As title. It seems like you can take other request classes when meeting the requirements, but not Shifter.
RP only starts at 30 if you're a coward.

Are you sure you tried on a 5th level druid with the Alertness feat? I just tried and could make a shifter just fine on the PGCC.

I'll try it again. It didn't work on the last two I tried.
Edit: Third time's a charm, it worked. Not sure why this all happened but seems fine now.
