writs and xp pool bug

ok just made a new alt still under level 10

was helping someone with their writs, i didnt have the writ yet due to being full for the 19 hours deal, but wasnt going to simply not go because of that which would have made it so they couldnt go.

so helped them finish the writ and then went our own ways after.

few days later, i grab the writ since i havent done it yet and finish it and go to turn it in. get the gold and normal xp for the task, but no pool xp granted

this seems to be a big bug
