Darts
Ever since the first upgrade, then reversion the darts board game in Underdark (Andunor) Greyport (Port Authority) hasn't been giving "Your darts skill has increased" messages when you play. You don't seem to get any better, nor get the messages anymore.

Its capped at 10. Oh, so you never get so good you can hit inner/outer bullseyes consistently?

You can if you got all other things on top of that. E.g Throwing Focuses, Keen Senses, Good Dex etc etc. I forgot, there's a bunch taken into account for dart throwing.
