I took Weapon Focus: 1 Handed Concussion on starting feats.
Level 3 Tribal Barbarian
Base Attack 3
Str 18 (+4)
= BAB +7 Unarmed
with a Mace it rightfully brings it up to +8, adding the Weapon Focus feat.
It does not add the +1 when wielding the Heavy Pick, which is listed as 1 Handed Concussion here http://nwnarelith.com/index.php/news-list/new-weapons

The Arelith Wiki claims they're 1h Edged weapons. Might be a newspage typo.
