Cannot teleport to Baator

Attempting to access either The Last Bastion or Minauros does not work. Teleporting to there from Cities & Planes simply does nothing, and doing so from another server sends me to the portal room.

I am also seeing issues where I cannot teleport to other destinations like the Shadow Planes or the Temple district. It just doesnt work. I have tried this with:

Shadow Cordor = Broken
Forest of Wier = Broken
Last Bastion = Broken

But...

If I go to Surface and teleport BACK, it works but only to put me into the 4 portals room.

So, on my surface elf I cannot use the Astrolab portals at all anymore. It just takes me to the server portal room, which will then take me to the respective spawn locations for the server I selected. This is true for several others characters players but not all of them.

Now after the last update, in addition to the language displays being borked I can't teleport to the Beneath the Heights portal at all. There is no response when selecting it. It does not say "portalling.. failed to portal." or anything.

After some extensive testing with this...

It appears ALL portal destinations that lead to C&P do not work. The only way to get to C&P currently, is by using an existing transition, and even then there are lags.

Shadow doors still work.
Northern Cordor/Frontier Transition works
Farmlands/Bramble Transition works

Those kinds of transition based travel are still ok and are not affected by this.

But any portals, be it Shadow Portals, Baator, they do not accept any incoming travel. If you use GSF Teleport, it will react as if you were porting, it WILL spend the portal credit, but you will go nowhere. It will lag and the recharge timer will start, but that is it.

Some also randomly don't work, like the slum caverns on UD. This seems to be some larger problem.
