Elemental book summons don't work for Shadowmage

Steps to reproduce:
Be a Shadowmage
Try to summon an elemental from one of the stream books activation abilities

Expected:
Summon appears

Result:
Message that Shadowmages are barred from using Evocation spells. No summon

Last tested a few weeks ago, not sure if fixed in the meantime.

Well the summon from the books its pretty garbage, I think you are meant to learn it and summon from your spellbook which does in fact work.
The use from the book is probably evocation for some reason. It's not a major issue, but noted.

Correct, I do mean the Tier 1 book summon, not the tier 6+ stream summons.
