PGCC - Bugs in Zhent Classes

Zhentarim Operative is unable to gain access to:

What other classes have you taken?
What level operative are you unable to take the feats at?

Defensive Roll is a lvl 1 ability and can only be taken as a Bonus Feat, which for Zhentarim Operative they can only take at ZO 1 and ZO 4. At any attempt, Defensive roll was unable to be selected and did not even populate.

Because they cannot take Defensive Roll, they cannot take Improved Evasion and because Rogue cannot take Bonus feats until later in their build, it makes things like Improved evasion difficult to obtain as well as later feats like Epic Dodge and Self Concealing.

The class can also take upon reaching Lvl 21, Great Strength, Intelligence, Constitution and Wisdom, but is barred from taking Great Dexterity. At all feat taking levels (21, 24, 27 and 30) I tried to have ZO take Great Dex and it was not even offered as an option, but on all other available classes for multiclassing it was.

Defensive roll and improved evasion have prereqs of class levels that must still be met. This is how they work on harper scout as well. Great dex and cha ill get fixed.
