UMD broken?

UMD broken?
On a character with 15 UMD, I can't equip bullets that require 10 UMD. Someone else mentioned that the same happened with them when trying to equip ammunition that had a UMD requirement that was below their UMD score.
RP only starts at 30 if you're a coward.

Is it that Arvoreen dispel thingy? I've noticed that particular item seems to be broken in regards to UMD, but not any others.

This one is 'Cracked Skull Breaching Bullets', requires goblinoid. Afaik the other item that was mentioned were 'Assassin Arrows'. It could be something to do with whatever inherent gold value would be attributed to these items mucking about with the Arelith-enforced 0 value on ammunition?

Try equiping a single 1

I've done that with the halfling one (since they always come as singles) and I can confirm it doesn't work. Don't know about the goblin ones.

Doesn't work for the goblin ones either. I'm not sure about the arrows.
