Can't re-name bags with an append like Mining Bag Gems & Coal(Lesser)
or Mining Bag: Rare Ores(Standard) anymore.
This amazing Quality of life for re-naming items isn't working.
Hope it can be fixed soon, need to organize my stuff.

I had this issue myself with gem pouches. I replaced 3 pouches. One I could rename after. Two I could not and ended up trashing them. I couldn't find any obvious difference in the three. The enchantment basin would not give me an option to take possession of them.
