Arcane Tower (Foyer) Login Crash

I've logged in with other characters just fine. But I logged Urgo out last in the Arcane Tower (Foyer) and now when ever I try to log back in, the area loads and then it crashes to desktop. I tried logging in through other servers and it still crashes. Again, all other character logins which are in different areas are fine.

Has this persisted, and are you on the most recent version of the game?

Yes. I got with Straw Hat and he told me to change my Player_Name and log in. I did that and it didn't solve the issue. As I stated before: I can log in with all of my other characters except Urgo Kloob. And yes, I am on the most recent version of the game.
