The Fortress City is Amazing!

I haven't had the opportunity to explore nuguld yet, and I'm sitting here with a small baby in arms daydreaming about the wonder, adventure and opportunity this new city brings.

Arelith has been around for a long time yet continues to captivate so many of us. Thank you for your work IG & devs. I'm so happy we have a place like arelith to tell wonderful stories together.

The development team deserves every bit of kudos being given. I've been looking for a 'home' since I left EQ1 post-PoP and I strongly sense that Arelith is becoming it. Thank you for taking the time and effort to fastidiously create another living world for players to enjoy.

Absolutely nothing new to add, but still need to say what a great city it is. Definitely feels like I have traveled to Europe, love the use of height, the narrow stairways and alleys, the city square, etc etc etc.

My girlfriend insisted that I share her amazement at Guldorand's look. So here I am I share the sentiment too.

Not sure if on purpose or not, but it really feels like Quebec's old town.

It's truly amazing. It reminds me of the history of my city - Portsmouth in the UK. It's so well designed and it actually feels alive. A truly great piece of work, well done to all involved.

I finally had time to visit this massive content addtion - or at least to take a huge bite of fresh exploration pie.

City is amazing, multi height level design, breathing with live, steaming with adventure. I love the medieval esthetics and mystery that comes with it.

Overall with all the updates coming all the time, Arelith feels like a truly big world, worth exploring for the fun of it itself.

And the player base - allways heartwarming to take a look at the portal, how many player characters are involved at anytime of the real day. Simply a massive 24/7 classic D&D session.

Today was the first time I even went there, and I didn't even go into the city, just explored the surrounding mountains... purely awesome.

I will be heading back again when I don't have to go to sleep tomorrow!

I finally got to visit it IC after very carefully avoiding any screenshots of the place after release. I really can't overstate how lovely it is. Just the sense of actual underlying geography beneath the city is very cool, and the descent to the sea feels like a real city.

This city is awesome. It is tight, and the different levels of elevation really bring it to life.

Even being there for a short period of time, it felt more player-run than game mechanic, again adding to the realism.

Great work. Just fantastic.

I really like the fortress city. I spent the first few days mapping it out, then soaking in the atmosphere. I really like the NPC laws and the dynamic it's allowed to blossom. I look forward to seeing all of the stories as they unfold, which is one of the joys of playing Garrett- Having an excuse to just sit and watch things so I can write a history book on it. There's a lot of good RP on the server, and sometimes I like to just sit and watch other stories happen. Thank you everyone involved in this- From the developers, to the players themselves who make the server so interesting.

Totally. Being an old-school, 8-bit gamer this game, when I first got it, totally captured my imagination. Now, with all the mechanical, area, graphic and musical updates this game now surpasses, in my opinion, Dragon Age: Origins and The Witcher.

Absolutely outstanding work.
