Warlock AB penalty
Description: Weapons with an ab penalty apply this penalty to eldritch blasts on warlocks
Steps to reproduce: equip weapon with ab penalty, hit the blast
Expected result: No penalty because bonuses don't work either
Actual result: Penalty to your touch attack

Re: Warlock AB penalty
I think that's more of an intentional thing. Wield weapons you won't suffer an AB penalty.
Re: Warlock AB penalty
positive weapon AB was changed to not give you bonuses
the inverse is not so
this seems more of an oversight, and it should just have weapon AB not impact RTAs (positive or negative)

Re: Warlock AB penalty
Given, the paladin divine saves don't decrease your saves if your CHA is negative, but dark blessings do decrease your saves if your CHA is negative. Same logic could apply and it could be intentional so you don't use some weapon with strong stats that you're not proficient in... or could be untintentional but is later stated to be intentional
Re: Warlock AB penalty
as you dont actuall ATTACK with the weapon, it should be of no consequence if you wield a dagger, a leg or a toaster, tbh. I think it is an oversight from the "no more +15 ab" nerf
