Loremaster and EKD Defensive Stance AB not stacking with each other or Aid

Description of Bug Experienced:
Testing my build on the PGCC, and am finding there are some odd interactions in the calculation of AB with a few skills. It would seem the Loremaster "Weapon Trick" +1 AB, Earthkin Defenders +1 (+2 with Iron Stance) Defensive Stance do not seem to stack with each other. Testing it, without Loremaster in the Build, Earthkin Defender gets the proper +1 and +2 respectively. With Loremaster and taking the Weapon Trick, When I enter Defensive Stance I am not gaining any AB in Defensive Stance, and only an additional +1 (so Iron Stances +2 is overriding Loremasters +1 AB).

Similiarly, these BOTH seem to have the same result in conjunction with the Aid spell. No Loremaster Weapon trick or EKD Stance, Aid applys the +1 Properly. With either Loremaster and or EKD Stance, the +1 AB doesn't stack, or is overridden with the Iron Stance +2....

Not sure if this is on purpose, but seems to nullify the use of Loremasters +1 AB trick, as nearly everyone will have access to aid. Also takes a hit against EKD's Stance bonus, both Prestige classes losing some value by not stacking with aid.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Take Loremaster and Earthkin Defender, as well as use an Aid wand in conjunction with each other.


Expected Result:
Proper AB stacking.

Actual Result:
No AB stacking.

And to knock out some quick questions.

1) No, im not at my +20 Cap.
BAB 22, +12 DEX, +1 Size, +4 Enhancement, +1 Foci = 40 AB
+1 Aid, +1 Loremaster, and +1 EKD Defensive Stance is only bringing it to 41, rather then 43
+1 Aid, +1 Loremaster, and +2 EKD IRON Stance is only bringing it to 42, rather then 44

2) I've tested the attack rolls vs. displayed sheet, and they are not stacking. Displayed Sheet is short 1 (because the size bonus of a halfling does not seem to display).

Screenshots of the combat logs would be really important. The character sheet is almost always wrong.

Doing my own testing, my small stature, loremaster, swash with aid and twohanding shows 5 less ab on the sheet than shows in the combat logs. The combat log gives the correct ab. I havent a dwarven defender to test.
