The new Chaotic Good stream that came out for use with the Planar Conduit Epic Spell has a bug regarding the archer fey it summons, known as a Ghaele. The creature seems designed to use a bow, but if any creature gets in melee range with it, it will switch to longsword.
This alone, wouldn't be so bad, except that it never actually switched BACK from longsword afterward, and worse yet, it's AI seems to refuse to attack anything after it switches to longsword.

This is still a thing. Maybe simply take away longsword?
