Description of Bug Experienced:
Movement speed increases do not apply to Swashbuckler when walking, however they do work when running. I have tested Haste, Mass Haste, Acrobatics Mastery, and the Boundless Explorer Bard Song. Applying Freedom of Movement, toggling Detect/Stealth Mode, and toggling -alwayswalk do not fix the problem.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Apply any movement speed increasing effect.
Expected Result:
Walk at increased speed.
Actual Result:
Walk at normal speed.
Additional Information/Notes
I have not experienced this issue on any class other than Swashbuckler.
