Black Hand of Bane morningstar has two bugs.
1) Character has 30+ UMD, but cannot equip the weapon while having enough skill to do it.
2) Item has Dwarven Runes as runic property (wiki records it with Infernal Runes). I think Dwarven runes are an old form from before runic language updates anyway?

Craft a morningstar, check properties.
