That's the longest description in entire table of gifts, and there are way too many conditions.
Imagine if Gift of Might was designed like "You get +2 bonus, unless it is a weekend, then it is going to be +1, the bonus will start at -4 and will slowly increase towards +2, you'll reach +1 by level 12, and +2 at level 21, and on full moon it will reach additional +2, and also will make it impossible for you to cure lycanthropy if you ever contract one. The bonus does not work on fridays and prevents you from using Bulls' Strength in any form. Halflings are not allowed to take this gift. "
That's the feeling.
Why not streamline it?
I think a decent idea would be :
* 1k per hour.
* 20k or 30k cap.
* Level does not matter. (because your mysterious assets do not scale with you and remain the same)
* Starting 20k bonus can be completely removed. Or you could pay out starting bonus over course of, say, 5 hours (and not 20, because by the time the character spends 20 hours, they'll no longer need it).
It is also possible to tie this with nobility somehow.
