Golem making stations broken

Description of Bug Experienced:
I've tried Golem stations in Grotto and Tungsten Turret, both resulting multiple times in invisible red labeled stone golem. Unable to bind with golem control stone as there is no way to traget this type of non-visible creature.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Crafted stonge golem parts and crafted golem heart have been put in the station, closed, non-visible stone golem appeard, only with title visible, viz. screenshots.

Expected Result:
Stonge golem to appear visible - targetable with control stone to bind with.

Actual Result:
Non-visible stone golem with visible name. Simillar to that old nwn lag bug with invisible creatures.

What level are you and do you have greater spell focus transmutation or the loremaster equivalent?

3 parts is needed to craft a golem, you are missing a third part, what i can read in the log, you have two of the parts, now you missing the item that actually control the golem.

Im not sure if read it correctly, but could it be that?

You need to put the Golem Control Stone in there aswell
(i dont see in the log: Lost Item: Golem Control Stone)

I've been able to test it once again with success.

Problem was indeed in not placing the golem control stone along with heart and parts (one item - bone, iron or stone) - so three items in total. After that closing the golem crafting station results in spawning friendly golem.

Than one opens up the station again, takes out golem control stone (only thing left) and now use this stone on golem which finally leads to binding it to the control stone.

Ha, update on this topic.

After more testing, the issue with invisible golems after making them was not in not placing control stone in crafting station. That's not needed. Only golem heart and relevant golem parts (singular item) is needed.

My problem was caused, and only for stone golems (iron worked fine, bone not tested) by using Beamdogs "Neverwinter Nights HD Art Pack 1.0", which is not supported on Arelith (I've been using that by placing files in to "development" folder in Documents/Nwn instead in gamedir/ovr to get it work here). I've managed to get it to work using community made fixed version (also has to be Override version, not patch haks, place into "development" dir). It can be obtained here https://neverwintervault.org/project/nw ... nity-fixes.

Again - I belive this graphics overhaul is not yet supported on Arelith. I've also had problem with invisible Fire Giant Chieftans on Dragon Isle. Gonna investigate if community version fixes it.

But as of this topic - it's resolved. Gonna post here if bone golem got problem when I get to make one.
