Description
A character of mine, Talanth, was deleted, but still shows up in my list of characters in the support ticket system. I think this may have been caused by having a ticket open on him when he was deleted.
Steps to reproduce
1. Have a ticket open on a character
2. Delete said character
Expected result
The character is no longer an option for future tickets
Actual result
Tickets can be created for a character that doesn't exist

I’ll have to look into your database entries. If characters are shown on the ticket, they are not being flagged as deleted in the database.
