Description of Bug Experienced:
Placed a bid on one of the two shops in the Greyport District Building (previously named "the Dump", the one closest to the NPC official that lets you obtain citizenship) . Went to check today and I got the shop, which appeared completely empty for the past several days - at least to me-.
As soon as I renamed the shop all the items from the previous owner re-appeared; the shop went from empty to almost full, with 28 items ( i know they were the one of the previous owner of the shop because I bought from them often).
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Place a bid on a shop and win
Expected Result:
Get the shop empty of items
Actual Result:
Get the shop with A LOT of items
Additional Information/Notes
Don't know if it just didn't display the items to me for some reason, but I find it strange that someone would just leave all the stuff there - it was not cheap nor useless junk.
Perhaps a bug after a reset? I have no idea

There was a change recently in how shops behave when they lapse.
This behaviour is correct for that change.
