This is a known issue, such is the limitation with cleric paths being chosen at cleric level 3. Not much we can do about this on the development end except recommend a different spread.
sun domain power bug
the wiki notes the sun domain power is "Cast Sunfire once per minute." however, it appears to be once per rest. in any event, using the power and waiting a minute doesn't replenish the power.

The Wiki definitely doesn't give us enough clarity. In one entry it talks about the "Common Cooldown Pool", which is 10 minutes unanimously for all Domain Powers.
But in the next breath, it lists different Domain powers as having different cooldowns. Sun's Sunfire / 1minute, Travel's Slow / 30 seconds, Fire's Meteor Swarm / 3 minutes, and so on.
The question is, Which cooldowns are actually affected by the Cleric Common Cooldown Pool?

There is no more common cooldown pool for domain powers. Over the course of development for clerics, some of the mechanisms for domain powers have changed.
Upon usage, each and one of the domain powers regains a charge after an indicated time. It's technically not a cooldown anymore as one could rest and regain a charge and use it before the said charge is refreshed.
As for the domain power not regaining a charge, that is not intended behavior and will be looked into.

hi kenji,
i just got a reply from a related question, which leads me to propose some additional information. this anomaly occurred on the test server (pgccc), because i wanted to test out how different domain powers function before making my choice on the live server. you've mentioned before that the test server is 'special' in some cases (e.g. piety) in that not all of the functionality is present there. don't know if that's also the case here, but thought i'd throw that out there. if that is the reason, would it be too difficult to implement that functionality on the test server as well ? i think being able to test out different domains would fall into the category of why the test server exists.

the domain power for the forge domain doesn't work. although the action is taken and the domain power is used up, the impact script doesn't fire [or terminates prematurely].
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1- create a cleric having the forge domain.
2- [optional] quickslot the forge domain power.
3- equip a melee non-magical weapon.
4- invoke the domain power, targeting your cleric's melee weapon.
Expected Result:
since the spell deafening clang is 1st level for a cleric with the forge domain, the character should be able to cast deafening clang as the domain power even at level 1, causing a +1 attack bonus and +1 sonic damage bonus to be applied to the equipped melee weapon.
Actual Result:

Hello! Sun Domain used to give similar bonuses to Bless Weapon as normal Bless weapon, with the exception of divine damage and instead positive dmg to Undead and fire damage.
Now all the extra bonuses to outsiders, imps, dragons are gone?
This was the previous bonus I received:
I've not seen any announcements that would indicate a change to how the spell works for Sun Domain clerics.

Defiler with Suffering and Death domain get double refreshes on first circle Inflict Moderate.
The inflicts are only maximized, not empowered by Death domain. Heals for only half damage, no stacking of Suffering and Defiler.
Could all be intended but the domains seem to be lore appropriate for a defiler so I figured it would work

Since the innate level for Deafening Clang is level 1, technically a cleric must be level 2 before being able to use a level 1 domain power spell. Was your cleric a multiclass of level 1 or higher?xorbaxian wrote: ↑Tue Jun 28, 2022 5:44 pmExpected Result:

Sun Domain Cleric spellbook-cast Bless Weapon should only give the bonus vs Undead and fire dmg. yes ; ranger 3 + cleric 1.
following your info above, i levelled the character to rgr3/cle2, and was able to cast the spell. however, the spell wasn't targetable on the sword [had to target the character], and the bonuses lasted only 1 round. [the on-hit property remained.]

Domain powers seem to randomly fizzle out and not happen, and then not come back until resting. I get the full "Is casting.." "casts..." in the log as well as the character animation of casting the spell but nothing comes out, no cd or refresh is triggered. -cd does nothing.
Extended Divine Power/Divine Favor Refund
Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
If Divine Power is extended, it does not add its refund chance past the duration of a normal unextended Divine Power.
e.g. Extended Divine Power lasts 32 min. Normal Divine Power lasts 16 min. Refund chance only lasts 16 min, even on extended Divine Power
*edit: Reading through other bugs, this might not even be tied to the extended versions. But sometimes it does seem to offer higher refund chance than below. I am not sure why it is sometimes close to 100% and sometimes very low.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Cast Divine Power, then Divine favor.
Test level 1 domain spell (spontaneous cast and slotted)

[PGCC] Evangelist cleric does not get spontaneous bless/prayer/etc

While testing an evangelist cleric on the PGCC, I tried to spontaneously cast the spells that the path says that they get. These spells remain greyed out in the toolbar.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Rested several times, even memorized the spells, and tried to cast them.
Expected Result:
Spells (Bless, Aid, Prayer, Word of Faith) should appear as castable with (s) as their number of casts available in the toolbar.
Actual Result:
Spells remain grayed out and uncastable. Casting those memorized reduces them to zero casts. Healing spells are able to be spontaneously cast as with the standard cleric path.

Try looking at the dial options under cleric, path-specific spontaneous casting work differently than vanilla's way of doing spontaneous casting.

Moon Domain Moon Beam
Description of Bug Experienced:
My cleric took the Moon Domain as one of his two domains. I've used the Moonbeam Domain power several times, and occasionally it will stop refreshing and will become unusable until I complete a rest. Unfortunately, the bug doesn't happen with any sense of regularity so it is hard to pin down exact repro steps. I think that it occurs mostly when in Defensive Casting mode and my character fails a Concentration check but I cannot confirm that 100%
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
I would expect the failed cast to expend the usage of the ability but then refresh after 30 seconds.
Actual Result:
The domain ability does not refresh when the bug occurs.

For clarity I did use a domain token to swap to Earth, maybe that's why? Rather than starting as Earth Domain.
I do have ESF trans/conj.

I've had both reports of Divine Favor working and not working after the recent update. Casting from a scroll also doesn't seem to work when it comes to Divine Favor.

Steps to reproduce: Cast a memorized divine favor.
Expected result: AB goes up.
Actual result: AB unchanged on character sheet.
Screenshot: Blacktooth posted one in development forums this morning on discord. Same as my experience.
Misc Notes: My character is 27 cleric / 3 bard. General path. Seems broken for last few days. Pretty sure it worked fine a week ago. Attempted using both regular and extended divine favor. Also reproducible with or without other buffs (e.g., Divine Power, although in the past it always stacked with divine power).
Servers: C&P, Surface
Platforms: PC
