PDK heroic shield doesn't offer DI to the recently added damage types.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cast heroic shield on a party member.
Expected result
-----------------------
Grant 10% DI to all damage types.
Actual result
-------------------
Grant 10% DI to most damage types, but not the recently added ones.
